Your bug report does not have a lot of information - we cannot fix it.
You didn't say you tried to overwrite your libc from another distro -
moreover your trial does not make sense for binary's bug.

I reassign this report to eclipse to make sure this bug is known or
not.  Jan, if you think it's glibc related, please reassign it back to
us.
