Bug#271526: Problem with locale.gen during updating package locales

We cannot determine whether this bug really belongs to the locales
package because several packages were upgraded.  Can you please try
to reproduce this bug by running
  dpkg-reconfigure locales
If locale.gen is not modified, try also
  dpkg-reconfigure localeconf
