Bug#275621: libc6-i686: deborphan flags it as an orphan (resulting in unintended removal)

This wishlist bug will likely never get done - The problem is that it
would be inconsistant if someone installed deborphan after installing
libc6-i686.

A better bet would be for deborphan to have an overrides directory where
we could do something like:

touch /var/lib/deborphan/libc6-i686

Or something like that (/usr/share might be better) to inform it that it
might not be able to tell that this package is in use and is important.

This would fix any package that gets dlopen'd too.

Leaving this bug open for now, though.  Feel free to reassign it to
deborphan. =)
