Bug#275621: libc6-i686: deborphan flags it as an orphan (resulting in unintended removal)
Package: libc6-i686
Version: 2.3.2.ds1-17
Severity: wishlist
'deborphan' understandably, but incorrectly, identifies the libc6-i686
package as an orphan. This results in the orphan-cleanup features of
several packages removing libc6-i686 at the first opportunity.
Perhaps test for the existence of deborphan and call
deborphan -A libc6-i686
during install, and
deborphan -R libc6-i686
at removal?
