Package: locales
Version: 2.2.5-4
Severity: normal

When trying to run localedef on /usr/share/i18n/locales/i18n, the
following happens:

/usr/share/i18n/locales/iso14651_t1:17: `RES-1' already defined as collating symbol
/usr/share/i18n/locales/iso14651_t1:28: `MIN' already defined as collating symbol
/usr/share/i18n/locales/iso14651_t1:31: `CAP' already defined as collating symbol
/usr/share/i18n/locales/i18n:1590: LC_COLLATE: empty category description not allowed

This means that any locale definition which does a "copy "i18n"" on
LC_COLLATE will break. Luckly, looks like none of them does it.

The definition looks a bit different than the one I found in
http://std.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc22/wg20/docs/n822-dtr14652.pdf (maybe because
it's a draft?).

Thanks for your report. This bug is apprently fixed in the latest
glibc 2.3.2.ds1-13, so I close it. If you encounter this kind of bug,
please let me know which locale you use.

Regards,
