Package: libc6-dev
Version: 2.3.2.ds1-10
Severity: normal

"The Open Group Base Specifications Issue 6: IEEE Std 1003.1-2001"
requires (for <sys/stat.h>) that:

   "The blkcnt_t, blksize_t, dev_t, ino_t, mode_t, nlink_t,
    uid_t, gid_t, off_t, and time_t types shall be defined
    as described in <sys/types.h>."

which doesn't seem true on Debian.
