Bug#247899: libc6-dev: <sys/stat.h> doesn't define types required by POSIX

These types are supported but not enabled by default.  You have to
define _XOPEN_SOURCE=500 (or =600) or _GNU_SOURCE to enable them.  See
/usr/include/features.h and the "Library Summary" node in the glibc
info pages.
