Bug#243183: locales: typo in the fr locale

Hello

"standard" in that context is no longer invariable,
it acts as an adjective and then has to comply to
gender as well as numeral rules.

So there is no typo. It follows the rules of the French language.

The best I could do is to use a synonym like
"normalisés" (which as you can see as also to follow
the rules).

Best regards
Michel

libc.mo contains the words "aucun des noms standards" which should be
replaced with "aucun des noms standard".

If you think it's typo, could you fix it?
