You are right, indeed: there is no currency; I just thought that the
LC_MONETARY field was needed anyway.
So, may I remove all the LC_MONETARY section?
Other thing, like number and time formatting are defined for the
language, otherwise it would not be possible use it in scientific
communication.

To provide a standard date format, and to translate some programs.
