Bug#218524: Linux 2.2 with 2.6 headers

I hit this one, too. Sounds pretty much like the result of linking with
Linux 2.6 headers and running them on Linux 2.2.

Maybe backward interface compatibility was broken? Btw, if Sarge is going
to release with Linux 2.4, why not linking Glibc with 2.4 headers too?
