Package: libc6
Version: 2.3.1-9
Severity: normal

-- System Information:
Debian Release: stable/testing/unstable

NOTE: trying to downgrade to testing

Architecture: powerpc
Kernel: Linux nuit.ca 2.4.19 #1 lun déc 23 19:16:46 EST 2002 ppc
Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=fr_CA

Versions of packages libc6 depends on:
ii libdb1-compat 2.1.3-7 The Berkeley database
routines [gl

-- no debconf information

i get SIGSEGV on things like exim, gmc, xscreensaver and friends, and
probably other things also, without me noticing. i file it under
normal,
but it may need upgrading to serious or something (not quite clear on
that, so i file it under normal). i know for a fact that if i send
this
from my box it will *not* get to the BTS, so i'm going to submit this
on
the web site.
