OK... I think it's glibc NSS upgrading problem.

I don't know it's OK to restart mysql server during woody -> sid
upgrade... If we can safely restart mysql everytime, we easily add
such code in glibc postinst script. Please test "/etc/init.d/mysql
restart" again, and tell us your MySQL/PHP system is still working or
not.
