Bug#61853: libc6: MST7MDT timezone does not handle daylight savings time
Further to my bug report, I have discovered that there are 4 different
versions of MST7MDT on my system, as shown by a 'md5sum `locate MST7MDT`':

b4885b6a643d6a8c6e5e1f7de5180650 /usr/share/zoneinfo/right/SystemV/MST7MDT
1ac36e9eb32fbeb87af9921ba5b58850 /usr/share/zoneinfo/SystemV/MST7MDT
These timezone files work:
4a92b448aa22b9a1884b066cb3436477 /usr/share/zoneinfo/MST7MDT

It would seem all the 'SystemV' timezones are broken, at least for MST7MDT.
