Bug#32456: marked as done (missing modules directory)

In /usr/include/linux, the modversions.h file has a number of includes
like:

   #include <linux/modules/b1capi.ver>

However, there is no /usr/include/linux/modules directory.

I fixed this by not shipping /usr/include/linux/modversions.h.
