Bug#31726: marked as done (Apt and packages on hold)

There's something missing from that version number.

The 'v' is missing, so it seems to be an older package:
$ perl -e 'if ("2.0.7v-1" lt "2.0.7-19981") {print "new\n";}'
$ perl -e 'if ("2.0.7v-1" lt "2.0.7v-19981") {print "new\n";}'
new
$

This was perhaps a version comparision bug in apt, it never was a bug 
in locales.
