Package: screen
Version: 3.7.6-1
Severity: important

Attempting to start screen on a glibc2.1 system, kernel 2.2.5-ac1:

penguin ray 9:21 ~ > screen
Cannot access '/dev/pts/ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ': No such file or directory
zsh: exit 1 screen

/dev/pts/[number] are the UNIX98 ptys that are supported by the kernel
2.2.x, glibc 2.1 combo. Perhaps screen is attempting to open ptys under
/dev/pts in a BSD pty-like fashion?
