There's a man page for `tzfile.h', but no `tzfile.h'.  Okay, there's a
`tzfile.h' in `libc5-dev', but that's obviously not what the man page
documents... I've looked for a header file with a `ttinfo' struct in
it (which the man page describes), but didn't find one.

So... where do I get a `tzfile.h'? Is it in the `timezone' source
distribution? If so, I could get and install that. And get a lot of
problems because `timezone' is a required base package... had that
already with `grep'...

I'm still running libc5 5.4.33-3, so if it's in 5.4.33-6, I just have
to update :-}

I'm still running Debian 1.3.1...
