PROJ 7.2.0
The first release candidate of PROJ 7.2.0 has been released, it does not
bump the SONAME so a transition won't be required.
Breakage of rdeps is possible though. pyproj for example tends suffer
test failures with newer PROJ releases.
A subset of packages will be tested with the new releases once it's
available in experimental. There won't be a full round of rebuilds.
