GDAL 3.0.3
The gdal transition is almost complete, everything has been rebuilt now.
Some partial removals were required for paraview & ncl because they
FTBFS on some architectures.
The migration to testing is blocked by a couple of autopkgtest because
that pulled in only the new gdal-data which broke libgdal20 due to some
removed files. This should be fixed in gdal (3.0.3+dfsg-1) which was
uploaded today. Which unfortunately FTBFS due to an issue in gcc-9 on
arm64 (#948803).
If the arm64 issue cannot be resolved soon, I'll file RM bugs for gdal
and its rdeps on that architecture to unblock the testing migration.
