netcdf-fortran 4.5.2
netcdf-fortran 4.5.2 was released some time ago, it's been in
experimental for a while too. Now that the gdal transition is almost
done, and netcdf is out of NEW after 9 months, it's time to prepare this
transition.
cdftools (3.0.2-3) FTBFS due to a LaTex issue, reported in #949132.
oasis3 (3.mct+dfsg.121022-13) FTBFS due to a perl issue, reported in
#949134.
