pyshp 2.0.0
pyshp 2.0.0 has been released and introduces some API breakages.
Of its reverse dependencies (pycoast & python-cartopy), the former fails
to build due to test failures. I've submitted a patch to fix that, but
upstream doesn't think the fix is appropriate, see:

I'm going to wait a little longer for an upstream fix for this issue,
but if it's not forthcoming I'll upload what we have in git now.
Perhaps Antonio wants to get involved with this issue to expedite the
process?
