OK, so no rebuild for 2.4, no hope to have sfcgal anytime soon.
You could have prepared the package and requested sponsorship. If you
look at the git history re-enabling the sfcgal support is trivial.
sfcgal support will not be enabled in postgis after all, it causes
postgis to FTBFS due to undefined references to boost symbols.
