The GRASS 7.4 release is taking too long, the list of blocking issues is
growing instead of decreasing. So I'm not going to wait for that any more.

The mariadb-10.1 mess has been resolved. Hopefully nothing new crops up.

liblas & libgdal-grass have been updated in preparation of the gdal
transition for which I'll request a transition slot shortly. As expected
all reverse dependencies rebuilt without problems.
