mapnik-vector-tile and its reverse dependencies (node-mapnik -> node-tilelive-{bridge,mapnik,vector})

mapnik-vector-tile 1.3.0 has some new unpackaged dependencies:

 * geometry.hpp
   https://github.com/mapbox/geometry.hpp

 * Wagyu Geometry Processing Library
   https://github.com/mapbox/wagyu

I'm not looking forward to maintain more Mapbox managed projects, and
would like to remove mapnik-vector-tile from Debian. This requires the
removal of node-mapnik and its reverse dependencies too.

The node-mapnik and node-tilelive-* packages have pretty much no users
according to popcon, and the same goes for mapnik-vector-tile. So this
is not a blocker for their removal.

Jérémy, what are your thoughts about removing mapnik-vector-tile,
node-mapnik and node-tilelive-*?
