Because kosmtic (#805308) also requires node-mapnik, removing it from
Debian will make packaging that even more painful.
The two unpackaged dependencies are header-only libraries, for which
fairly trivial packaging will do. Despite not looking forward to
maintaining more Mapbox managed projects, I'll package these two
dependencies for the sake of mapnik-vector-tile & node-mapnik.
