Initial packaging for ossim-plugins is now available on Alioth:
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-grass/ossim-plugins.git
OSGeo-Live already has some binary package for ossim-plugins, those
should eventually be replaced by the proper ossim-plugins package when
its done.
