Due to the missing vtk6 build on mipsel prevented by issues in
texlive-base & gtk-3.0+ it took much longer than expected to complete
the transition. But as mentioned in the transition bugreport (#823335),
we're almost done now that vtk6 mipsel build is finally here.

Unless the recently uploaded rdeps get aged by the release team, GDAL
2.10 and its rdeps should migrate to testing in two days.
