The rebuild results for GDAL 1.11.3 look much better, the fiona tests
don't fail like they do with GDAL 2.0.1 for example.
The gazebo (5.0.1+dfsg-2.1) FTBFS isn't something we need to worry about
as mentioned for its failed GDAL 2.0.1 rebuild too.
mysql-workbench (6.3.4+dfsg-1) still FTBFS too, but also unrelated to GDAL.
libgdal-grass (1.11.2-1) FTBFS as expected due to the GDAL version
mismatch, but we'll upload libgdal-grass (1.11.3-1), which does build
successfully, instead anyway.
I'll go and file the transition bug for the GDAL 1.11.3 transition, and
deal with the GDAL 2.0 build failures now.
