Merge saga experimental branch into master

Hi Johan,

While rebuilding the PROJ.4 reverse dependencies I noticed that while
SAGA 2.1.4 is available in unstable it still lives in the experimental
branch in git.

The commits on the experimental branch up to tag debian/2.1.4+dfsg-1
should be merged into the master branch the reflect the state in
unstable (and jessie).

I'm not sure about the libvigraimpex commit, that may be truly
experimental or suitable for master too.

What are your plans for SAGA now that jessie & vivid are released?
