osmcoastline lintian override

The 'osmcoastline' package contains a file
./usr/share/lintian/overrides/osmcoastline with this:

#         unprotected: vsnprintf
#         unprotected: memmove

osmcoastline: hardening-no-fortify-functions usr/bin/osmcoastline_filter
osmcoastline: hardening-no-fortify-functions usr/bin/osmcoastline_ways

Is this something to be concerned about?
