If you still have the clone on your other system you can push the tags
from there. Otherwise you'll need to create it in your new clone:
git tag -m "Upstream release 4.2.1" upstream/4.2.1 \
1db3fe2097c7609d2e20cae6b8ae29cec7d43a62
And then push your tags of course.
