There is no specific priority, so I suggest to process them in order.
None of these packages are targeting jessie.

There are some interdependencies to be aware of though:

 spatialite-tools/4.2.1~rc1-1 requires spatialite/4.2.1~rc1-1~exp1
 librewms/1.0.0a-1~exp1       requires librasterlite2/1.0.0~rc0-1~exp1

Since yesterday there is also a new addition to the list of packages
depending upload:

 #771373: RFS: pycsw/1.10.0+dfsg-1 [ITP]
