If you're running testing already the sources.list line is fine, if
you're mixing testing with other distributions you'll want to configure
pinning:

QGIS 2.0.1-1 has not migrated to testing yet, and QGIS
1.7.4+1.7.5~20120320-1.1 was removed from testing on 2013-11-18. IIRC
this was due to the OpenSceneGraph transition.

Hopefully QGIS 2.0.1-1 will be able migrate to testing after the OSG
transition is completed.
