As promised here are the deb files as used on tango.info:

Actually installed are only:
ii  cgi-mapserver                      6.4.0-2
i386         CGI executable for MapServer
ii  libmapserver1                      6.4.0-2
i386         Shared library for MapServer
ii  mapserver-bin                      6.4.0-2
i386         MapServer utilities

Packages are not tested yet. Missing is the integration with OSM data
in Postgres.
