[DebianGIS] ncview 2

Hi Francesco and the rest of the GIS team,
I am looking to update the version of ncview package. A new version 
1.93h is available which mostly only changes the way the data set is 
enlarged. I guess this probably comes too late for squeeze so there is 
probably not much point in 1.93h.

However, the 4th beta of version 2.0 is now available which supports 
netCDF4 files and udunits2. Version 2 also has a new directory layout.

So, what is the best way of updating the package? Create a new package? 
Move the files around in the upstream directory?
