[DebianGIS] RFS: ruby-hdfeos5, ruby-netcdf, narray-miss

Dear DebianGIS menbers, 

I create some git repository at git.debian.org:/git/pkg-grass/

     - ruby-hdfeos5.git: Ruby interface of HDF-EOS5 library
     - ruby-netcdf.git: Ruby interface of NetCDF library
     - narray-miss.git: Additional class for handling missing value.

       NArray is Numerical N-dimensional Array class for Ruby.
       But this library can't handling missing value. 
       NArray-miss is additional class for handling missing value data.
       .
       ruby-hdfeos5 and ruby-netcdf need this library.

I would be glad if someone uploaded thease package for me.
