Good idea.

I'm packaging libGctp, as it is a subset of hdf-eos4 and hdf-eos5,
wanted for debian Meteorology.
This is quite an old bit of code, which I've gotten clarification on
licensing for.

Note that once the hdf-eos4 and hdf-eos5 libraries are packaged it
might be worth looking at libproj, which
incldudes an older version of hdf-eos4 but no hdf-eos5, and have them
use them.
