One would expect that a minor release was a bug-fixing only release.
People would like to see a stabilizing roadmap for current features,
but I see many old bugs still around since 2006 and many new bugs
added in 0.9.2. Maybe one should split definitively a stable
branch and a preview-technologies/development tree.
