[DebianGIS] Latest round of packages into testing

Hi,

congrats to Francesco & the team; lots of nice things have now made it
into Testing, ie new qgis 0.8.1-2, gdal 1.4.4-1, and proj 4.6.0-1
packages.

I think grass will enter testing on the next mipsel build attempt.

any way to request that, or do we just wait? Last try was 5+ weeks ago.



Now that those are in testing, for etch backports(.org) it would be great
to finally get a QGIS package. Or should that wait until after a new GDAL
1.4.4-1 backport for etch has made backports.org? I see proj 4.6.0-1
is already partially there.

Are there any instructions for volunteers? I'm keen to see a QGIS
package for Etch which is compatible with backport.org's GDAL+proj.
