I do not believe it is a grass problem. It seem to be a dependency
problem. You find the logs for the build problems linked in from
<URL:http://packages.qa.debian.org/g/grass.html>. Use the 'Buildd
logs' link to find all build reports.
The missing archs seem to be alpha, mips and mipsel, and those haven't
tried to build the last version yet.
