What is wrong with the current version ? The only thing I have to do to be
able to compile with dpkg-buildpackage on a testing/unstable system is to
change the dependency on the gdal-dev librarires from
libgdal1-dev
to
libgdal1-dev || libgdal1-1.3.1-dev
(or simply libgdal1-1.3.1-dev)
