[DebianGIS] RFS for gdal_1.2.6-2

Hi,

I'd be grateful if a DD would sponsor an upload of gdal_1.2.6-2 to
unstable. I've uploaded it to mentors.

gdal (1.2.6-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Don't depend on unixodbc-dev so we can build again
  * Build-dep on libpq-dev | postgresql-dev for pgsql transition
  * Convert to DebianGIS team maintenance. Thanks Silke!
