[Pkg-grass-general] libpgjava in main

Hi all,

as Petter already noticed libpgjava is now in main. Therefore the way
is paved for an upload of a complete postgis package to the debian
archive as soon as the maintainers are thinking its ready.

libmysql-java got also accepted to main which is a dependency for
 example for jgrass/deegree. Although I am currently not very active on 
the list, I am working on the java stuff - just from the bottom up :-)
