This is an alioth list, as many project lists these days. Lists on
lists.debian.org are currently discouraged if not oriented to general
use, and also in that case they require ages to be setup, after a proper
RFC process. The (probably) latest general list 'debian-kernel' required months
to be approved and setup :-/
