A wiki page like that for Debian-Edu ( http://wiki.debian.net/?DebianEdu )
is probably better. Using wml for collaborative web pages editing, when they
are subject to frequent changes is a pain and requires a few
backgrounds.
Let me point also that I'm the only one here with committing privileges
on Debian site currently. We can always add that after subproject
announce and accordance in debian-www. In the meantime you can
easily prepare contents on wiki. I was preparing a wiki system on
alioth also anyway.
