Regarding #476427, it would be nice to bump the libgfortran3 shlibdeps to "libgfortran3 (>= [version where this bug gets fixed])", at least on mips(el), so that it is possible to have a script determine (without searching buildd logs) which packages have already been compiled there with the fixed gfortran-4.3.
