No, we need a runtime to run ecj.

java-common is needed; we probably do not need the exect versions on
gij-4.1 and libgcj7-jar (the 4.1.1 ones should do as well).

see above; one runtime is needed; we maybe can add an alternative
dependency on java1-runtime, but we don't have an equivalent for
libgcj7-jar.
