Checking the ecj_3.2.2-0_all.deb, DEBIAN/control really contains
Depends: gij-4.1 (>= 4.1.2-1), libgcj7-jar (>= 4.1.2-1), java-common (>= 0.23)

But by recompiling ecj by setting with_native and with_rebuild to no,
I now have a package with

Depends: java-common (>= 0.23)

Is that on purpose that debian-provided ecj has dependencies on gij &
libbgcj7-jar?
