Please, could you also test glibc test package at 
http://sci.felk.cvut.cz/~salinger/glibc/

changes are:

- add "libc_MIN_KERNEL_SUPPORTED=2.4.1" into debian/sysdeps/i386.mk
- copy linuxthreads/sysdeps/i386/i686/pt-machine.h into linuxthreads/sysdeps/i386/i486/pt-machine.h
