Well I guess they are not garbage files then.

I certainly agree with #251707 that they shouldn't be in the normal -dev
package.  They certainly aren't essential for the use of the -dev
package and waste a rather hefty amount of diskspace.

Assuming anyone wants these files, they should be in a seperate package
preferably.  Compiling c++ is resource bloated enough already.

Feel free to close this bug then, as long as #251707 gets considered
then.
